About Me

After nursing school and raising my family, I decided it was time to step back into work—but in a way that felt meaningful. Nursing opened my eyes to an important truth: if we don’t take care of ourselves, we eventually have to rely on others to do it for us. And when we do take care of ourselves, we’re stronger, healthier, and more resilient.

That’s what first led me into personal training, and eventually into becoming a holistic health and wellness coach. I wanted to support women in being proactive about their health—spirit, mind, and body—rather than waiting until something went wrong. Along the way, I discovered my true passion: guiding women over 40.

Midlife is often painted as a slowdown or decline, but I see it differently. To me, it’s the beginning of a whole new chapter—one where we can lean into self-care, build strength inside and out, and feel more vibrant than ever. As a proud member of the Association for Coaching, I’m committed to upholding the highest professional standards while helping women rediscover balance, confidence, and vitality in this empowering stage of life.

Purpose

I am a holistic health and wellness coach for women over 40. My passion is helping women create sustainable daily routines that truly fit their lifestyle. Together, we work on moving through negative emotions, building confidence, and stepping into empowerment.

The benefits go far beyond the surface—better health, more energy, a calmer mind, and clarity in daily life. Many women also experience weight loss through nourishing nutrition, faster recovery from illness, and a deeper sense of purpose.

This work often ripples out into more fulfilling relationships and even a stronger connection to spirituality, creating a balanced sense of well-being inside and out. After discovering the incredible feeling of true health and wellness, the goal is to provide every woman with a chance to feel the same way.
